After a breakfast we stayed for some time at Chaweng Buri Resort’s pool, as it was really great area and nice pool. We also did some shopping as Chaweng is best shopping area in Koh Samui.
Then it was time to move to Rummana Boutique Resort at Lamai Beach. The taxi took us there for 400 Baht.
Welcome in Rummana was very warm and nice. They gave us some fresh fruit drinks after allowing clean our hand with ice-cold towels. The hotel was really nice, although a little bit away from Lamai center but very close to main attractions at Lamai beach – Grandmother and Grandfather rocks. We had two villas for 4800 Baht each.
We enjoyed the nice beach area and pool, had a lunch and walked around. In the afternoon we walked to Lamai center for a dinner and to find tours for next days. Lamai center was less busy than Chaweng but still plenty of good options for dinner. We chose Bauhaus Bistro as a restautant and we were so pleased that came back here next evening.
After a tasty sweet and sour chicken and other good Thai food we wanted to have some desert. There was a banana pancake stand at the street. The pancake maker was really dexterous in his job, the process of making the banana pancake was enjoyable to observe and the result was just perfect. It cost 30-40Baht.
